Hey There, I'm Jane!
I'm a married mum of two precious kids: a handsome little man called Ezekiel, and a beautiful girl called Kenya.
After studying Sport & Exercise Science at University, I completed my level 3 Personal Training qualification; and now I specialise in helping mums and busy ladies both online and in person.
Having firsthand experience of gaining 20kg or more during my pregnancies, (a whole barbell!!), I know exactly how debilitating and crushing it can be looking at yourself in the mirror.
I decided to make to make a change and work on becoming the happiest and healthiest version of myself and managed not only to lose the weight but become stronger and keep it off, and I love helping people do the same!

A breath of fresh air
