Body Composition
Is an important tool in weight management. It is the proportion of body fat to lean body mass, and provides a percentage of fat versus total body weight. If you're looking to decrease body fat, the knowing this is an important tool in considering how effective your program is for you.
Fitness assessments
Initial assessments measure your current level of fitness and the ongoing assessment along with lifestyle factors, provide you with motivation to continue whilst progressing towards your goals.
Functional Programming
A good personal program will look at your body as a whole. A faulty posture can lead to muscular imbalances and can cause pain throughout your body. I can give a valuable insight on the correct areas that need improvement, through stretching and strengthening exercises, you can walk taller and feel fitter when facing everyday activities!
Goal setting
Training programs are broken down from your long term goal into more manageable goals, each one building toward that long term goal. If you want to improve your performance, you can't train in the same way all the time; if you did, your body would adapt to to the training, your fitness would settle at a fixed level and you could continue to train vigorously without making the slightest improvement! Training, therefore, has to be tailored to individual needs and training levels working toward goals.
Nutritional Advice
Effective nutrition makes you feel and perform better whilst exercising and in your daily life. I can provide nutritional advice to compliment your program, ensuring you're eating the right range of nutrients and foods to assist you in reaching your goals.
Lifestyle
Your lifestyle affects the results and improvement gained from training.

impact of burger eating, slouching, being stressed, becoming intoxicated, lack of
restful sleep and much more.
