Hi! I'm Jane. Welcome to my personal website, where you'll find information on the personal training services I offer.
I work as part of a team with Your Life Personal Training Academy based in Basingstoke Sports Centre; I'm a fully qualified personal trainer listed on register of exercise professionals. I am an enthusiastic and fun loving individual with several years experience of working within a gym environment. I offer functional and motivational training; I work with people of all ages, fitness levels, and from all walks of life.
I also offer a holistic approach including nutritional advice, whilst empowering individuals into a healthier lifestyle.
After an initial assessment we can
determine which
tests are compatible with your personal goals,
to help me provide you with a personalised
fitness program with one to one support and motivation. I can train with you in your own home or in the Basingstoke Sports Centre, No Membership required!
